Mötley Crüe fan falls from stadium balcony at band’s concert in Indianapolis

Things appeared to get out of hand at a Mötley Crüe concert in the US this week when a fan was left lying motionless on the ground.

The fan was rushed to the hospital after they reportedly fell from a balcony while attending the band’s concert in Indianapolis, Indiana.

According to TMZ, the person fell from an upper balcony and hit the ground inside Lucas Oil Stadium on Tuesday. The incident reportedly occurred 45 minutes into the show, while the band rocked out to their hit ‘Looks That Kill’ around 9.30pm.

A witness told the outlet they saw “a pool of blood around the victim”, but Indianapolis Police Department has since confirmed the victim was “awake and breathing”. Authorities are now investigating the incident to determine if alcohol was involved.

This hasn’t been the only casualty of Mötley Crüe’s The Stadium Tour, which they are co-headlining with British rock band Def Leppard.

Back in June, founding member and drummer Tommy Lee quit the reunion tour midway through a show in Atlanta after the pain from four broken ribs became unbearable.

“I wish I had a f—in’ badass story, like me and Conor McGregor f—in’ scrapping out in some f—in’ bar or something, but I don’t,” he joked to the audience at the time before calling it a night.

“The day that we were leaving Nashville, our driver came and we had all this luggage and he wasn’t helping us – he just stayed in the car. Tommy was trying to carry all of our luggage for us. He fell down these crazy stairs and broke four ribs. Not fractured, not bruised… broke.”

“He’s just a fighter. He’s the toughest guy I know,” she added of her husband still taking the stage despite doctors’ orders.
